We are excited to announce that the Pimpinio Football and Netball Club has been selected to progress to the next phase of the Play Our Way (POW) Program Grant Opportunity under Stream 1: Facilities. This grant provides an excellent opportunity to secure funding to improve our facilities, specifically aimed at enhancing the participation and experience of women and girls in sport.

Our full application will be submitted in the coming weeks, and we are thrilled to share that, if successful, the funding will be used to build a second, much-needed netball court. This project has been a long-term goal for our club since we started planning it back in 2018, and this addition will play a vital role in providing safe, inclusive, and accessible spaces for netball, helping to grow and retain female participation.

Given the competitive nature of this grant, with over 270 organisations invited to apply and only 160 to 200 expected to receive funding, we are grateful for the continued support from our members and community. We will keep you updated on our progress as we move closer to achieving this important milestone for our club.
